HAVE YOU BEEN AVOIDING your appointments because you don’t have dental insurance and you’re worried about the bill? At Proud To Smile Dentistry, you can lay those worries to rest, because we have a membership plan to take care of uninsured patients.

How Does Our Membership Plan Work?

Dr. Patti Swaintek-Lamb has been taking care of patients here in Bernardsville for almost 30 years and her goal has always been to provide the best dental treatment in the area. We believe that good dental health is an investment and in our quest to make sure all patients have the care the need, we are now offering membership plans -- this is a great option for our uninsured patients.

Our Adult Plan includes two dental cleanings, two dental exams, and one emergency exam per year plus 10%-20% off other treatments, like fillings, crowns, and more. This plan is just $37/month.

Our Child Plan includes two dental cleanings, two dental exams, one emergency exam, and one fluoride treatment per year plus 10%-20% off other treatments, like fillings, crowns, and more. This plan is just $31/month.
